But, Korean CMs announced "Fair Lottery" without any data or warrant. Just saying "It's Fair", they didn't explain how the lottery system works or size of the event participants and ratio.

Even a user who got [ipad pro(5th gen)] has no any community history and already quit the community.

And many resellers got awards several times with unbelievable probability, but CMs didn't mention them.

So, their announcement made many people still suspicious about this problem. And users told their doubts in the Korean community( https://cafe.naver.com/pathtonowhekr ).

However, Korean CMs indiscriminately banned users. CMs kicked them because they just called CM's nickname. This is why we tried to contact other server's CMs and you([email protected]).

Korean users don't have any place to tell our opinion. So users sorely need your understanding and support. Please give us mail accounts to contact head-office chief or teams, not Korean.

근데 거기서 한국CM들은 "공정한 추첨" 이었다고 공지만 했지, 아무 데이터나 보장이 없었어

그냥 단순히 "공정하다고" 했지, 추첨시스템의 작동방식이나 이벤트참여자 사이즈나 확률 등에 대해서는 설명하지 않았어

심지어 아이패드프로5세대 당첨된 유저는 커뮤니티 기록도 없고, 벌써 커뮤니티를 탈퇴했어.

게다가 많은 리셀러가 믿을수 없는 확률로 여러번 상품을 타가는 것에 대해서도 CM들은 언급하지 않았어.

그래서 그들의 공지는 사람들을 더 의심스럽게 만들었고, 유저들은 그들의 의심을 한국커뮤니티(카페주소)에 올렸어.

그렇지만, 한국CM들은 무차별적으로 유저를 밴했음. CM들은 단지 그CM의 닉네임을 불렀다는 이유로 유저를 밴했고.

이게 왜 우리가 다른서버 CM들이나 너(ptnsupporten)와 컨택트하려고 한 이유야

한국 유저들은 우리의 의견을 말 할 곳이 없어. 그래서 너희의 이해와 도움이 절실해.

제에발 본사 chief나 팀의 연락처를 줘, 한국쪽이 아니라.
