In case you are wondering this is legit (not a troll). This is the current data in the game files. Ofc they could change stuff later on.

Someone else posted the skill icons earlier but I'm posting them again just to have everything in one place. As you can see she has 3 active skills (no passive) and judging from the icons and stat line it's safe to assume she is a dps
