723만명 개개인의 보험 기록을 토대로 과거의 사례로부터 약물역학적인 분석을 한결과, 우리는 실데나필 사용이 알츠하이머의 위험도를 69% 만큼 크게 낮아진것과 연관되었음을 발견하였습니다.

We also found that sildenafil increases neurite growth and decreases phospho-tau expression in neuron models derived from induced pluripotent stem cells from patients with AD, supporting mechanistically its potential beneficial effect in AD.
우리는 또한 실데나필이 신경돌기(neurite)의 성장을 촉진시키고 알츠하이머를 앓는 환자의 유도 만능 줄기세포 (induced pluripotent stem cells) 의 신경 모델로 부터 phospho-tau 의 발현을 감소시킴으로써 알츠하이머에 대해서 잠재적으로 긍정적인 효과를 구조적으로 뒷받침한다는 것을 발견할 수 있었다.

라고 정말 미친듯한 이야기를 하고있지만.........
언제 까지나 과거 기록에 기반한 추론에 불과함
실제 임상 실험을 통해 진짜라고 밝혀진다면 화이자는 진짜 죽은것도 살리는 화타가 될듯;;
