Special Apologies and Compensation

Dear Commandants,

Following the Echo Aria update on 8/16, two major issues, namely the Google Play “Files Check Success” issue and the iOS black screen issue, have already been fixed. Sorry for the long wait. 

Considering the number of commandants affected by the above issues is too enormous, we have decided to give out a compensation to all of you. 

Compensations: 

Black Card*500 and Serum Bundle (M)*4

Please do claim them in the in-game email in time. 

We are truly sorry to have given you a bad experience, and we are thankful that the community cares about PGR so much. Please accept our sincere apologies. For now, it is time to embrace the new content. Hopefully, you will have a good time with Echo Aria in PGR.
