그레이 레이븐 MT 연장 이유 및 사과 처벌

친애하는 사령관 :

오늘 업데이트로 인해 연장이 발생해서 정말 죄송합니다. 상황과 관련하여 사령관 님의 많은 관심과 격려를 받아 팀 전체가 감동을 받았습니다. 사령관이 제공 한 비판도 우리에 의해 기록되었으며, 나중에 진지하게 검토 할 것입니다. 현재 서버 점검 진행 상황을 지휘관에게 업데이트하고 싶습니다.

기본 수준에서 서버 오류가 발생하여 서버에 장애가 발생하고 유지 관리를 연장해야했습니다.

우리는 문제에 대해 알게 된 순간 다양한 계획을 논의하고 평가했습니다. 사령관이 새 버전을 더 일찍 손에 넣을 수 있도록 우리는 서버를 강제 부팅하는 가장 짧은 tme 양의 계획을 선택했습니다. 이것이 사령관이 1730이 서버가 작동하는 시간이라고 말한 이유입니다. 열릴 것이다. 그러나 지휘관이 본 것처럼이 계획은 실패했고 프로젝트 팀은 다른 계획을 평가하고 논의했습니다.

현재로서는 최선의 계획을 세우고 현재 진행 중이지만, 문제 해결에 필요한 시간을 예측할 수 없기 때문에 언제 다시 게임이 시작 될지 알 수 없습니다.

모든 사령관에게 다시 한 번 진심으로 사과하고 싶습니다. 오늘의 유지 보수 업데이트에서해야 할 일을하지 않았기 때문에 사령관에게 좌절감을 안겨주었습니다. 우리 팀은 유지 보수가 끝난 후 요약 검토를 수행하고 우리를 지원하고 격려 해준 사령관들이 더 안정된 게임 경험을 사령관에게 제공하지 않도록 자신을 깊이 반성 할 것입니다! 다시 한번 우리 상황을지지하고 이해 해주신 모든 사령관 들께 감사드립니다!

Punishing Gray Raven MT Extension Reason and Apology

Dear Commanders:

We are really sorry that today's update caused an extension. Regarding the situation, we have received a lot a lot of Commander's care and encouragement, this made our entire team really touched. The criticisim provided by Commanders hve also been noted down by us, we will review them seriously afterwards. We would like to update Commanders on the current progress for the server maintenance.

Due to the servers having errors at the base level, which caused the servers to fail and we had to extend the maintenance.

We discussed and evaluated a lot of different plans the moment we found out about the issue. In order to ensure that Commanders can get their hands on the new version earlier, we chose the plan with the shortest amount of tme required, which is force booting the servers, which is why Commanders saw we said that 1730 is the time which the servers will open. However, as Commanders saw, this plan failed, the project team proceeded to evaluate and discuss other plans.

At the moment, we have come up with the best plan for now and currently carrying out, but we cannot estimate the time required to fix the problem, so we cannot guarntee when the game will be up again.

We want to give our sincerest apology once again to all Commanders, we didn't do what we should have on today's maintenance update, bringing frustrations to our Commanders. Our team will do a summary review after maintenance has ended and deeply reflect on ourselves to ensure that we do not let the Commanders who have supported and encouraged us down and providing Commanders with a more stable gaming experience! We once again, thank all the Commanders who supports and understand our situation!
