이미 지어진 곳에 재 건축명령을 내릴 수 있음.
기존에는 직접 부수고, 그 설계를 머리속에 기억했다가.
다 부수면 다시 건설 명령을 내리고, 그래야 했던 것을 그냥 다시 지으라고 명령 내리면,
하나씩 부수고, 설계도 대로 건설함.
