나도 미국살고 R-18 그림 몇개 올려놓은 사람이라 내려야 하는지 걱정되서 계정정책 공지 찾아봤는데

영국이랑 미국 따로 두번 써놓긴 했는데 그냥 명시를 정확히 구분해서 그런거 같고 실질적 내용은 같음

1. post any content that depicts or involves the exploitation of any person under 18 years of age (or

older in any other location in which 18 is not the minimum age of majority), whether real or

simulated (included AI-generated).

18세 이하의 (법적으로 성인 연령이 더 높은 지역의 경우 그 이상) 가상 혹은 실존 인물 야짤/AI 짤/실사 짤 금지

2. post any content that appears to depict or involve a minor engaged in graphic bestiality, sadistic or

masochistic abuse, or sexual intercourse.

미성년자 인물의 강도 높은 수간, SM, 혹은 성행위 묘사 금지

3. post any content depicting non-consensual sexual activity (including “deepfake” images), revenge

porn, blackmail, intimidation, snuff, torture, death, violence, incest, racial slurs, or hate speech,

(either orally or via the written word).

동의 없는 (즉 강간) 성행위, 보복성 포르노, 공갈, 협박, 스너프, 고문, 사망 묘사, 폭력, 근친, 인종차별, 혐오 발언을 표함한 표현 금지

글도 포함인듯

4. post any content that is obscene, illegal, unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, libelous, abusive, lewd,

invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive,

or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability,

violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate.

사생활 침해나 저작권을 침해하는 범죄 묘사, 범죄 장려, 인종차별적 묘사, 혐오성 묘사, 야짤 금지

(아마 실존인물이나 저작권 타이트하게 관리되는 작품들 대상으로 야짤 금지인듯)

5. post any content that appeals to the prurient interest, is patently offensive in light of community

standards where you are located or where such content may be accessed or distributed, lacks

serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value, or otherwise violates any applicable obscenity

laws, rules or regulations.

이게 제일 애매한데 대놓고 지역에 따라서 음란물 관련 법률을 어길 정도의 야짤/야설 금지

이정도 인데 R-18이 아예 금지는 아닌거 같고...5번항목이 제일 애매한데 이거는 나라나 주에 따라 달라질거 같기도 하다

아까 글 쓴 사람은 미성년자 캐릭터의 야짤/야설을 금지한다는걸 잘못 본거 같기도...?

근데 성인 캐릭터라고 해도 일단 강압적 묘사, 하드야짤은 금지일거 같고, 사는 곳에 따라 5번 항목에서 걸릴수도 있겠다 

결론은 안심하고 올릴수 있는건 성인 순애야스(?) 정도 일거 같아

순애가 답이다....얘들아....
