그릇에 담긴 흰색 술로 장비와 금갈왕을 지닌 황충, 맹황충만 제대로 사용할 수 있으며 사용 시 기 폭파+기폭 3개 상태가 된다. 2스테이지의 중간보스 철리길을 쓰러뜨리거나 위연에게 대쉬공격을 5번 하면 획득이 가능하다. 다른 캐릭터도 가지는 건 가능하지만, 마시면 취해서 중간에 스턴이 걸리기 때문에 플레이하는 데에 지장이 생긴다.

두강주(杜康酒)

황금색 주전자나 램프처럼 생긴 아이템. 사용하면 기 폭파+기폭 3개 상태가 된다. 기 게이지가 아예 없는 망장비, 육손, 허저는 사용할 수 없다.

2스테이지의 왕평의 밀실, 3스테이지의 청강검 루트와 반대 루트로가 숲속의 비밀길로 들어가고 거기서 달아나는 쇠사슬 오랑캐를 대쉬 공격으로 2번 맞히거나, 7스테이지 중간보스 위연을 쓰러뜨리면 얻을 수 있다.
