Good evening.

It's Tracy from Red Win Optics. When you received a zero knob of 4-16x44, 6-24x50 like below ( the brass part are sticking out too long ), there is a must work we need to do before install the zero knob, which is adjust the brass part (in blue) back a little. To make it at the same height as the red part.

How to do the adjust?

1.Screw the zero knob without using glue.

2.Pull up the turret and adjust it back till you could not move it. 

3.Pull down the turret and unscrew the zero knob. You will see the brass part (in blue)at the same level with red part now.

4.Do the same work for your 2 zero knob.

5. Install your zero knob.

(Note: 1-6x24, 1.2-6x24 no need to do this work, you could install the zero knob directly)
