It's Tracy from Red Win Optics. We would like to update a video of how to install the zero knob of 6-24x50FFP for keeping the original parallax correction.

Here are some tips for your reference.

1. Assemble the zero knob as normal.

2. Remove the lock screw of zero knob both UP and R .

3. Sight zero with the white dot of the scope body.

4. Pull up to adjust the zero knob ( UP ). Adjust it counterclockwise for 2 rounds, then return to the 2.0 position. Pull down to lock the zero knob. Remove the screw of zero knob (UP). Sight zero with the white dot again.

5. Wait for 24 hours before you use the item as normal.

Why we don't ship the zero knob in advance? We do the parallax correction by calimator with the zero knob for each model. If ship the zero knob in advance, they could not fit the scope body with an original parallax set.

Regarding to the delay of RW5 6-24x50FFP, according to the order time, we have shipped the below order to Fedex today. Will try to ship the balance about the middle of May. We understand it takes a long time and we are sorry for keeping delay. In case client could not wait for the shipping time, we would like to refund your money 100% + 10% of order value as a compensation. We are working hard on it and thank you for your patience and great support.
