Hello, I am a Korean player enjoying this game very well. 

 I am sending this mail because an event at the official Korean community, aka ‘Naver Cafe,’ for Community managers, planned numerous lottery events. If possible, PLEASE read and review the file I attached to this mail. You can find a few people repeatably winning prizes toward those lottery events. 

 Unfortunately, out of 1800 people who tried the lottery events, a group of players repeatedly took awards, and it was impossible as usual. It could happen, but we doubt it can’t happen to the same people at various times. We hope to know if the Korean server’s CMS is working equitably.

We want to hear an explanation of the reason why this happening has been here.

Once again, thank you for creating a great game and using your time for this incident.
