Chinese 125-I    is rated 220mm @ 2000m at 61.5 degrees in Chinese 90% criteria

Issue is that LO equation only operates at 50% criteria, hence why I increased Steel BHN to 340BHN to simulate 90% criteria.

This translates to 247mm @ 2000m at 60 degrees in western 50% criteria vs 260BHN Steel.

Chinese DTC10-125 is rated 220mm @ 2000m at 71.12 degrees in Chinese 90% criteria (L/48 gun)

DTC10-125 at 90% Criteria (Simulated by using higher BHN of 340 just like we did for 125-I to match chinese figures)

1760m/s at 0m and 1650m/s at 2000m when shot from standard    125mm L/48 gun.

16mm x ~4mm avg. diameter steel Tip at 1650m/s = 2km range

615mm x ~22mm avg. tungsten penetrator at 1650m/s - 5m/s (1645m/s) due to the steel tip having to be used up first = 2km

Gives us 214 + 6 =    220mm @ 2000m at 71.12 degrees at 90% criteria 

This translates to 332mm @ 2000m at 60 degrees in western 50% criteria vs 260BHN Steel.

DTC10-125 when shot from   125mm L/54 = 1800m/s at 0m and 1690m/s at 2km.

16mm x ~4mm avg. steel tip at 1690m/s = 2km

615mm x ~22mm avg. tungsten penetrator at 1690m/s - 5m/s (1685m/s) due to the steel tip having to be used up first = 2km

Gives us 242 + 7 =  249mm @ 2000m at 68.5 degrees at 90% criteria (L/54)   
This translates to 342mm @ 2000m at 60 degrees in western 50% criteria vs 260BHN Steel.
