I have the same laptop for about 2 years now. The maximum gpu power draw is not a rightful measurement, 225w is just a spike, I've seen mine report up to 752w but it's just a misread/transient spike, the tgp is right 115-130w. About the clock speed I don't know how you got it to reach 1965, the standard behavior for turbo mode that automatically applies an overclock is [email protected]. That said no misleading info/fraud is committed so I don't know what's the point.

Edit. The power brick is 240w, the total allowable system power is 54w+130w or so around 185w, it seems reasonable for that kind of extra juice.
