turret_100mm_mle_1953 - Köln class frigate/Hamburg class destroyer/French destroyers (unlikely as of now)
Given how Köln/Hamburg used two of these weapons, they are the most likely candidates. Ishikari can also be possible since it's the direct successor to Chikugo.
turret_130mm_sm2_1 - Pr. 41 Neustrashimy (Tallinn)/Pr. 56 Spokoinyy (Kotlin) class frigate/random Chinese ships.
turret_152mm_mod29 - Cadorna/Montecuccoli/Duca d'Aosta class light cruisers. These ships are the same class as the Colleoni used in Italian naval CBT, but improved models.
