이렇게까지 해서 돌려야되나 싶지만 방법이 이거밖에 없으니

블루스택 abi 64비트 x86은 hyper-v 버전은 소용없고 

보니까 나말고도 hyper-v랑 앱플(블루스택 hyper-v 지원 버전) 같이 써서 고통 받고 있던 애들 몇 있던데

간략하게 방법 설명하면

1.  hyper-v 가상 컴퓨터에 gpu-p 적용해서 글카 쓸 수 있게 만들고 (https://forum.level1techs.com/t/2-gamers-1-gpu-with-hyper-v-gpu-p-gpu-partitioning-finally-made-possible-with-hyperv/172234)

2. 가상 컴퓨터에 중첩 가상화를 적용해서 가상 컴에서도 가상화 명령어를 쓸 수 있게 만든다

3. 가상 컴퓨터에 앱플레이어 설치하고 통발을 돌린다 끝.

단, amd cpu는 윈도우 11이상이어야 됨. intel cpu는 윈10이어도 가능

p.s 가상 컴에서 앱플레이어 돌리는 거라 호스트 사양이 어느정도 받춰줘야됨.
