So, we will send these mails to your corp's business part to get your attention and valid reply.


I'm user of <Punishing> in Korean server. Now, unfortunately, Korean server is under big crisis and you should know about this cirsis.


Most of Korean server users went off here because of your company's irrational discrimination, and left users have very hard time.

Also, left users are losing their desire to buying because of your errors.

I want that you should know this situation in Korean server and fix them.


First, DO NOT discriminate Korean server's packages and prices against other server's, especially Global server.

This is major point why many Korean users went off this game and left users are suffering hard time. Because Korean users have a lot of hostility in this discriminations about packages and prices. 


Also, because Korean user's speed of sharing information is very fast, this news of discrimination spread widely and quickly.


<Punishing> already has very bad impression in Korea because your management error and controversy.

This problem can't recover without correction to this bad business models, and image of game will be lower and lower.


All of Korean users are pointing those packages as the biggest problem:

1. monthly card A (5$ -> 7500KRW)

2. monthly event construct pack (17$ -> 25000KRW)

3. monthly target weapon pack (20$ -> 30000KRW)

4. effect-changable coating (Including meaningless items, and coating's price as 33$ -> 42000 KRW)



Moreover, Korean users also find why you set prices wrong like them.

The problem was started when you launched this game in Japan.


In Japan, double goods in game are banned by Japanese government. So, you should change Rainbow Card(to RC) to cash.

In this process, there was significant error in this change. When users pay money in game, normally, they buy big units of goods because a big deal gives more goods to them.

But you set the prices as buying the least amount of goods in Apple tier.


For example, the montly target weapon pack,


In CN server: 128 CNY(RC)

In Global server: 19.99 USD(RC)


These price is proper price for this package. This price is on Apple tier 20.


However, you set the 'wrong' price in JP and KR server,


In KR server: 5RC(1200 KRW)*24 times = 30000 KRW

In JP server: 5RC(120 JPY)*24 times=2940 JPY


These 'wrong' price is on Apple tier 24.


So KR and JP users are losing approximately 5$ when they buy that package.

This is why Korean and Japanese server users complained and left before.


This problem's solution is very easy. Just set the price on same Apple tier.


In upper example, on Apple tier 20, 128 CNY = 19.99 USD = 2440 JPY = 24000 KRW is the proper solution of price problem.


Because we found the true problem on this price setting, you can't do more 'conference' and avoid user's complain.

If you would correct the price of these packages, Korean users would be satisfied with equality and stability of management.

And because of them, they could pay more money comfortably.


As I said before, Korean server's situation is far desperate now.

Just your drastic decision can wake Korean server's big potential.

Please do not ignore this, and change the price setting error now. Moreover, reply for this mail to relieve KR user's mind.
