'Til the Eastern Sea and the peaks of north

Dry and fall to the ground

May the Heavens watch over our land

Long live our nation

Hibiscuses blooming across over our three-thousand miles

Korean people, guard our old ways for generations to come

On the southern mountain a lone pine stands

Akin to an iron-clad

Through wind and frost we remain steadfast

That is the Korean way

The autumn skies are clear of cloudes

High and o' so spacious

The bright moon is our will of unity

Our hearts shall stay as one

With high spirits and boldened hearts

As well as our loyalty

Though hard and good times we shall say

"We love our country!"
