【Transfer Requirements】


•  Character must be level 30 minimum

•  No guild status (need to manually quit the guild)

•  No mail status (need to empty mail manually)

•  Non-team status (need to manually quit party)

•  More than 3 days since the last server transfer

•  Bygone Phantasm weekly settlement rewards must be collected

•  The character needs to be in the open world
