추가된 기능:
o. 네트워크 대역폭을 최대로 설정 (netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=highlyrestricted)
p. ASW 영구 비활성화
o를 원상복구하고싶다면 cmd를 켜고 netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal 치면 됨
p는 토글형으로 한번 입력하면 켜지고 한번 더 입력하면 꺼짐
바꿀때마다 a 한번 써서 오큘러스 소프트웨어 서비스 재시작해줘야 적용됨
아직 p는 제대로 테스트를 못해봐서 확신이 없음
