Policy - South Korean customer disassembled the gun and sent it in two pieces

The buyer must accept and agree to the following terms before proceeding



1 Air freight only, sea freight is not accepted



2 Only one airsoft gun can be processed / shipped per order



3 In PayPal and shopping systems, WGC only provides the first set of tracking numbers, and the second set of tracking numbers is only notified by email



4 When the buyer finishes receiving the first parcel, it means the transaction is completed, and the second parcel will be sent after the buyer agrees



5 If the goods cannot pass the customs, the buyer shall bear all the responsibilities and expenses



6 If the buyer claims compensation from PAYPAL, WGC will permanently terminate any transaction with the buyer







The cost of dismantling the gun will be determined by different models Important notice for disassembly, modification or special request



After the customer confirms the order, we will perform disassembly / modification or special services according to the customer's requirements. If the customer cancels the order after confirmation, we will charge a handling fee as follows



Restore the dismantled parts, charge 10% of the product as a handling fee

2) Remodeling and restoration, charge 15% of the product as a handling fee

3) Special services, such as color spraying or products that cannot be restored, charge 100% of the product as a handling fee"
