We do not know the muzzle velocity. With Zh93 propellant the 3BM60 already only has 1660m/s muzzle velocity  and since this projectile is much heavier… it would be even slower. UNLESS it’s meant for a 152mm Smoothbore Gun which is necked down to 125mm which would allow the use of the much more powerful 152mm propellant. So as of right now, velocity wise we are clueless. Or maybe it’s for 125mm 2A82 Gun which can use even more powerful propellant?

It’s also worth pointing out that in 2022 An article about the T-14 showed photos of its ammunition laid out on a table. On the far right side, a new APFSDS shell is visible. Then, at the Army-2022 event, a mockup of an APFSDS was shown, closer in size to Svinets-1/2, not 900mm long. This might be the 3BM69/70 meant for 2A82 and maybe these 900mm rounds are a newer seperate project altogether. However their shape and resemblance in sabot design is strikingly close.
